This Isn't The Last; Next Chapter

Its graduation season and millions of students are ending one journey with bright hopes of embarking on another. Overcoming all the hurdles, hanging in there when times were tough. Fulfilling all the requirements no matter how unreasonable teachers may have seemed at times.
We’re graduating. It feels good and feels like you’re on the top of the world. But you also feel sad because leaving is a little bit like dying. You will leave a place in which you made a major emotional investment.  Being apart to your friends make you really sad. You’re going to say farewell to a place filled with memories. But you’ll have future get-togethers; this particular gathering won’t be last.

Good Luck to all of us, I hope you look back on your time with a smile. Most of all, I hope you're able to say your time here was well spent. I will miss these IV-Rizal students. I will forever cherish this batch specially my friends. J

My Dream My Future

I have thoughts about my dream and my future job, where I can achieve success at the top of the mountain. I want in my future job to be able to use my creativity, innovative, initiative and critical thinking. At the same time, I want my future job to be interesting and challenging, besides giving an excitement to me. Moreover I also want to gain self-satisfaction and get well-paid. A also want to avoid jobs that brings boredom and kill motivations and improvements.

I would like to set mu future job in the engineering field. I believe that it is connected to the science and technology which is very vital to decorate the deep modern world with new innovations and transformations. In addition, it is one of the main developing fields in our country.

Change; Starts On ME

We just can’t wake up one morning and change the world.  We need to take one small step at a time. At times we even think, “Hey, I don’t want to change the world. I just want to stay sane, take care of myself and my family and live peacefully in the confines of my house.” The thing is, life is always a contest between the world changing you, or you changing the world. The world pushes you, and if you don’t push back then it will inevitably corrupt you in one way or another. Teenagers like me have the ability to change the world even though we are only teens. It is because our generation is powerful due to the technological advancement. Our world is suffering environmental consequences; we are plagued with war and violence. So what can we do about it? Some people tell me that because we are just teenagers, we don’t have voice. Actually they are dead wrong. We do have a voice! Like Rizal said, “Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.” So I believe that we can help change the world. We can do it by helping each other to prove what Rizal said. We can stop terrorist organizations in their tracks by uniting our generation against them and raising a voice to stop them. We can talk to people of our age, young people who the terrorist are trying to recruit. We, better than any other government or army in the world, can stop global terrorism. With that voice, we can take command of our nations broken government, a system of constant argument and turn it around.

Kannawidan Ylocos Festival

It is a great advantage to the province of Ilocos Sur to be blessed with a rich heritage; thus, the preserve the distinctions of our culture. The conceptualization of the “Kannawidan Ylocos Festival”. This became an annual festival that aims to create awareness on the preservation of the province’ that is rich in cultural heritage practices, and traditions, a showcase of the different agriculture and industry products. It is very significant to every resident in the province as we are celebrating the foundation of it sets the stage for a religious procession with miraculous saints from different municipalities, a trade fair featuring dances and crafts, local products, events such as cultural dances and ethnic rituals, a zarzuela performance, traditional games and a food-fest featuring traditional local cuisine. Many different sectors help to make this event possible. This desire to endorse Ilocano products coincides with the national governments One Town One Product (OTOP) campaign. The priority of this campaign is to promote entrepreneurship and create jobs. It encourages local executive of each city and municipality on identifying and developing a specific product, skill or service that would have a competitive edge. Aside from the OTOP, towns also feature their “pinaka” or “most outstanding” product which translates to the biggest and sweetest, smallest and the most unique products among others. It is important to Ilocos for the reason that proves our province to truly have the best of the best. Kannawidan has really lived up its mission and vision: Preserving and perpetuating the rich Iloco cultural, artistic historical and intellectual heritage. Ilocos Sur is an amazing, wonderful and magnificent place! Be proud you’re an Ilocano.

Life is a Gift

Like those past grading, I’ve learned again many things for this subject. New staffs that makes my life awesome. But aside from that, I’ve encountered again many troubles and problems while posting my blogs.
Life is very awesome. There are problems that make you so weak but become your inspiration to strive harder. Like your dreams, if you want to achieve it, you must give you very best to get it. Life is a gift from our almighty god so we must treasure it. We just only live once in this world so let us do all what we want but not too much because everything has its ending.
Life must go on and take good care of it.

Essence of Christmas

Christmas… Christmas is a very special day because this is the time that a baby boy was born, named Jesus. This is the season to be happy. Christmas is all about loving, giving and peace to everyone. Remembering the birth of Jesus is one of the most important thing to do. It can make our father God happy and jolly.
Christmas is coming very fast. Its essence is very nice. The way you feel happy and excited. Being a teenager, I now understand the true meaning of Christmas. This is the reason why I am very excited and very happy for this coming Christmas. It is not the gifts that I am waiting and to receive but it’s the love, peace, joy and homily that I want to have. I’m not expecting something special on Christmas. It is always fine whether I will not receive something because the most important for me is we are together with my family and living as one. Everybody is preparing their decorations on their houses and their food to eat on the “noche Buena”. Our house doesn't need some decorations or something like very awesome. The joy on our face and the peace that will make our family good will be our decoration for Christmas.

Let every heart b united and be happy on the day when Jesus Christ our savior was born. Feel the true essence of Christmas. Let there be a light on everyone’s mind and be lovable, humble, and share what you've got to your friends, family, enemy and to your special someone. Jesus is our King! Praise to God. Let’s welcome and thank God on Christmas and on the day that he was born. Christmas is a special day so we must be happy for it. Let there be joy and happiness on Christmas Day.
